“Enforcement conducts three public auctions showcasing more than 500 movable assets

The Support and Liquidation Center “Enforcement” is holding three public auctions featuring more than 500 movable assets, ranging from cars and medical equipment to supplies and equipment for grocery stores.


The auctions begin with the “Car Auction” – on Saturday and Sunday, September 11–12 – featuring 32 small and medium-sized vehicles in Riyadh, and the ”Medical Complex Auction” on Thursday, September 16, 2021, featuring medical equipment, dental chairs, specialized systems, furniture, and all supplies for a medical complex in Madinah, with over 400 items , and the ”Thimar Auction,” which will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021, featuring tools and equipment for food stores selling meat and vegetables. The auction will showcase 63 types of items, including: refrigerated rooms, tables, multi-purpose shelves, and packaging and cutting machines.


The “Enfaz” Center is the expert body responsible for overseeing the liquidation of real estate and movable assets entrusted to it for sale by judicial authorities, the private sector, or private estates, by appointing specialists and service providers from relevant agencies for valuation, marketing, property management, security, and inventory, through listing them on the electronic platform (infath.sa) in a fully transparent and competitive manner, thereby contributing to the preservation of asset values, accelerating the process of enforcing rights, and realizing the legal and economic value that the Center undertakes.
