The Ministry of Commerce has urged real estate agencies, companies, and all those working in the field of real estate investment schemes to comply with the regulations governing the offering of real estate investment schemes issued by Cabinet Decision No. 220 dated August 22,-1426 AH, which stipulate that no real estate investment of any kind may be offered, funds collected for it, advertised, or approved, except after fulfilling the procedures and conditions set forth in the regulations. The Ministry has issued a public warning against dealing with any real estate office, company, or individual that collects funds without obtaining the necessary licenses to offer such contributions.
