Honored by the Minister of Commerce. Al Ahli Bank sets plans to support the financing of industrial sector projects

Mansour bin Saleh Al-Mayman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahli Bank, explained that Al-Ahli Bank’s vision supports industrial sector projects that are strategically aligned with development plans, in order to meet the demands of the economic growth the Kingdom is experiencing, The bank also has plans to continue contributing to the financing of mega, medium, and small-scale projects in order to encourage and support all sectors of productive industrial activities in the Kingdom. The total financing portfolio of Al-Ahli Bank’s Corporate Banking Group reached 113 billion riyals by the end of 2014, an increase of 14 % over the previous year.

This announcement came during a ceremony in which His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, Minister of Commerce and Industry, honored Al-Ahli Bank for its support of the Fourth Industrial Opportunities Forum, organized by the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).

Al-Mayman expressed his appreciation for the recognition from His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Industry, noting that the bank’s sponsorship stems from its recognition of the importance of supporting national economic events and its sense of responsibility toward advancing the Kingdom’s development strategy.
