On this occasion, we congratulate the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman - may God protect them - and all the generous Saudi people.

The 91st National Day of the Kingdom, which falls on September 23 of each year, is a cherished anniversary in the heart of every citizen. We have to take lessons from this anniversary, as it reminds us of the epics of His Majesty the Founder King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman - may God rest his soul - and his jihad that resulted in the construction and unification of the Kingdom, to launch it towards economic, political and social achievements.

Although about a year and a half has passed since the Corona pandemic, the Kingdom's government was able, thanks to its strong will, to manage the pandemic crisis professionally, to achieve several achievements and successes in all economic, developmental and infrastructure sectors, despite the many challenges that accompanied this, and the successes achieved came thanks to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 programs, which was admired and praised by regional and international organizations, most notably the International Monetary Fund, which noted the achievements and continued recovery of the Kingdom's economy and the ambitious reforms that followed, which largely met the expectations of the Kingdom's people.

While this was a great success for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is in addition to the continued acceleration of digital transformation, which enhances the shift towards a digital economy, as well as labor market reforms, which supports increasing the competitiveness and attractiveness of the market, thereby attracting quality talent and skills, attracting local and foreign investors, and contributing to the transformation of the Kingdom's market into an important regional hub.

The Kingdom's economic achievements and continued recovery, and the ambitious reforms that followed, have largely met the aspirations of the Kingdom's people. Governments alone do not build homelands, so it is necessary to increase the pace of private sector participation in the fields of construction and reconstruction, with the need for citizens to respond and support the reforms by showing more cooperation, solidarity and solidarity, to upgrade the various sectors of our beloved Kingdom, which enhances its position regionally and globally.
