We are marking the 91st National Day in the history of our beloved Kingdom to strengthen the bond between the leadership and the people, as our Kingdom has witnessed a great renaissance in various fields, systems, and legislation.

In particular, the real estate sector has received special attention from our wise government, which has made housing a top priority to provide citizens with the means to a comfortable and prosperous life through various housing programs and the role played by the Real Estate Authority in regulating the market through the Real Estate Exchange and by establishing regulations for real estate advertisements, as well as by localizing Saudi youth through their participation in courses offered by the Real Estate Institute and empowering them to engage in real estate business within real estate companies.

Also, the role of the Saudi Authority for Certified Appraisers, which will contribute to the sustainability of the real estate sector by evaluating real estate assets and financial reports, as well as appraising real estate properties and other matters related to real estate, equipment, and vehicle damage in accordance with international standards.
