“Ejar launches new features and e-services

The Ejar program has launched a package of new services, features and improvements to the electronic network for rental services, which contributes to raising the efficiency of the network, facilitating the procedures of the rental process and expanding areas of cooperation with private sector partners.

Ejar emphasized that the main objective of the development procedures is to achieve the aspirations of the rental parties, upgrade the rental property sector, contribute to the creation of a safe rental environment by increasing confidence in its financial and contractual transactions, and facilitate its procedures with advanced electronic tools, which will have a significant impact on improving the investment environment and reducing risks by preserving rights and reducing the duration of litigation on rental contracts by considering contracts documented through the network as executive deeds approved by the judicial authorities.

The upgraded Ejar network offers many electronic advantages, most notably facilitating the registration of new contracts through five easy and flexible steps, documenting contracts directly electronically without the need to enter the Absher platform, adding the feature of automatic renewal of the commercial contract, and providing a new channel for rental payments and top-ups through the (mada) service, and enabling beneficiaries to make partial payments and top-ups easily and quickly.<The network allowed the rental parties to schedule payments, where they can be set ascending, descending, or through specific or flexible payments, and can choose one of the payment channels for each rental payment, and add bank account data after documenting the contract, and enabled the beneficiaries to be the manager of the real estate brokerage establishment other than the owner while allowing the appointment of one manager for more than one brokerage establishment at the same time, and increased the number of fields of the identity field to enable the acceptance of Gulf citizen identities, in addition to accommodating new types of real estate and units (land, cashier, electricity station, communication tower, driver's room, parking lots, and others...).).
Real estate unit registration processes and search options between contracts or properties and units previously registered with the real estate broker, the activation of the electronic wallet for the accounts of all users in the network, the possibility of recording the amount of the deposit in the contract, as well as the possibility for the tenant to request the receipt deed from the lessor through the network.

The network has developed a mechanism to follow up contracts through the dashboard of the parties to the rental process - the latest for the tenant - showing the status of payments, and obtaining text notifications near the end or beginning or the arrival of rental payments and their receipt, and contracts can only be documented in the network after registering all title deed data and verifying the identities of the contracting parties by an authorized real estate broker in Ejar network, and the beneficiary can determine the reason for rejection and add notes upon rejection.
It is noteworthy that the program has carried out more than (10) introductory meetings for real estate brokers across the Kingdom since the launch of the upgraded version of the Ejar network, during which the program provided a lengthy explanation of the upgraded network and the recent improvements on it and the differences between it and the old network, in addition to answering the inquiries of real estate brokers and the mechanisms of work of the network and the new additions in it.It is noteworthy that “Ejar” announced that more than three million real estate units have been registered in the network since its launch in February 2018, and the program announced that more than 3,500 rental contracts were documented on a daily average during last August.
