The Ministry of Commerce stated that it has issued 239 licenses for the export of steel and cement since the Ministerial Supply Committee approved the export regulations to date.

It noted that the licenses are divided into 144 licenses for steel exports and 95 licenses for cement exports, which indicates a steady annual growth in the number of licenses.
It is worth noting that the Ministerial Committee is composed of the Ministries of Commerce and Investment, Finance, Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources, and Environment, Water, and Agriculture.
