A small town in rural Tennessee, home to just 15 people, has been listed for sale for $725,000 in what a local real estate agent described as a «wonderful opportunity,» according to *The Independent*.«

The town of »Water Valley,« located about 43 miles from downtown Nashville in the »Highland Rim« in Tennessee in the late 19th century and covers 7 acres—or slightly more than 5 American football fields.

The town of Water Valley, located in Murray County, consists of several houses and four "general stores."

One of the homes in town currently for sale is built on the side of the creek and dates back to 1900.

The town also features four "general stores" built before 1900.

Two of the buildings listed for sale have had their "electrical wiring and plumbing updated," and the property can be used as a bed-and-breakfast or for other residential or commercial purposes.

Krista Schwartz, the real estate agent representing the sellers, told WDEF-TV: "The sellers really hope that whoever buys it won’t tear down any of the buildings here."
