<The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing has prepared controls to deal with buildings that are constructed without obtaining a regular license, with the aim of reducing violations in this regard.

The Ministry specified the mechanism that the secretariats and municipalities can take, including if the erected building conflicts with the organization lines, the building will be removed at the expense of the violator, but if the erected building does not conflict with the organization lines, and is in accordance with what is allowed in the building regulations and is not harmful to the neighbors, the violator will be rewarded by paying a quarter of the costs of the building in violation and the license fees prescribed by law, with the obligation to correct the violation by removing the damage (if any).

The violator must bring a certificate from a qualified engineering office from the Ministry proving the safety of the erected facilities, but if the erected building violates the building regulations and causes harm to the neighbors, which cannot be corrected, the building will be removed at the expense of the violator.
