The “Sakani” program has signed three agreements to provide “e-financing” services through the “Sakani” app and website, eliminating the need to visit branches. The agreements included Al-Bilad Bank, represented by Fahad Al-Hanaya, General Manager of the Branch Network; Al-Inmaa Bank, represented by Abdulrahman Al-Nasser, General Manager of Branch Banking; and Bedaya Finance Company, signed by the company’s CEO, Mazen Al-Ghunaim.
The agreements aim to facilitate Saudi families’ ownership of their first home through easy and accessible electronic procedures, and to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program (one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030) to increase the homeownership rate among Saudi families to 70% by 2030, and to provide sustainable housing and financing solutions through the development of supportive systems and legislation.
