Jeddah Municipality, in cooperation with the General Authority for State Real Estate, has announced the receipt of compensation applications Removal of slum areas via <a rel="noreferrer noopener" Secretariat's digital portal, without the need to visit the committee's headquarters, which will continue to receive applications at its field headquarters, noting that compensation for land owned by legal deeds will be for land and rubble, and land not owned by legal deeds will be for rubble.

Jeddah Municipality's official spokesperson, Mohammed Al-Buqami, explained that receiving compensation requests digitally comes in order to facilitate the procedures for the owners, starting from Sunday 27 Jumada II 1443 AH corresponding to January 30, 2022 AD. He added that applications for compensation include the following documents:

1- A copy of the deed or document.

3- Photo of the owner's national ID.

4- Copy of the agent's national ID and a copy of the legitimate agency.

5- A clear photograph of the entire building, if any.

6- Photocopy of the electricity bill if available.
