The White Land Program has renewed its call for landowners to either develop their land or pay the fee within one year of the decision’s issuance, noting that failure to pay the fee within the specified period will result in a penalty of up to 100 percent of the fee’s value, This came following the program’s issuance of fees for the sixth cycle of the first phase in the city of Jeddah for the year 1443/1444 AH.

The program had announced the billing for the sixth cycle in Riyadh in recent days, It also announced on December 15 the implementation of the second phase of fees in conjunction with the implementation of the first phase in more than 140 neighborhoods in Riyadh, according to the approved map and scope, with 110 days remaining until the end of the statutory registration deadline in Riyadh.
