Under the patronage of His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, the “Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition” kicks off today, Tuesday, and runs through Friday, March 4, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The exhibition, at which “Amlak” (the real estate newspaper) is represented, reflects the latest developments and trends in the Saudi real estate sector, as well as the new investments and companies that have entered the market—whether in real estate development or housing projects—and the innovative designs, layouts, and features for homes that the market has introduced to meet the level of demand and the purchasing power of those seeking to, as well as the real estate financing programs offered by banks and companies in accordance with the latest regulations and financing programs approved and supported by the Ministry.

Multiple Government Participations

Participating in the exhibition’s events, workshops, and programs are leaders and advisors from the Ministry of Housing, as well as supporting and participating government agencies and bodies; the chairman and board members of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce; the chairs and members of real estate committees; top executives from participating real estate and financing companies and banks; anda select group of figures from the economic, social, media, and journalism sectors, as well as satellite TV channels.
