Upcoming Real Estate Alliance to Include All Real Estate Developers
The Vice President of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the National Real Estate Committee at Council of Saudi Chambers, announced the formation of a major alliance comprising all real estate developers in the Kingdom under the Council’s umbrella. The alliance aims to prepare a comprehensive study of the real estate market to produce recommendations identifying the top five challenges facing the sector and ways to address them.

9 New Real Estate Investment Funds to Provide 16,000 Housing Units
During the Future of Real Estate Forum, nine agreements were signed with the «Al-Liwan,» «Al-Nukhba,» «Zood,» «Jada Al-Dir’iya,» and «Safa Najd» funds «Balad Al-Awali,» and «Riviera Al-Jazirah,» as well as two agreements with «Al-Dar Fund,» to announce the establishment of nine private-sector real estate investment funds aimed at providing more than 16,000 housing units.
Three memorandums of understanding were also signed with «Al-Bilad Financial,» «Al-Jazira Financial,» and «Jadwa Investment» to provide a range of real estate services and exchange expertise.

Launch of the Real Estate Technology Lab
During its participation in the Future of Real Estate Forum, the General Real Estate Authority launched the Real Estate Technology Lab. The lab aims to continuously develop the real estate brokerage and digital marketing industry and expand its scope to include additional services such as licensing, financing offers, virtual tours, standardized contracts, real estate arbitration services, and other services that can be developed to enhance innovation in the real estate sector, as well as to study any challenges faced by real estate platforms and find solutions to them.

The "Nasaj Town 2" Project in Al-Sharqiyah Wins Award for Largest Project
"Ratal Urban Development" was awarded the prize for the Largest Housing Project of 2021 at the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition for the “Nasaj Town 2” project in the Eastern Province. “Ratal” is participating as a Diamond Sponsor of the exhibition, and during the first day of the event, the company launched the “Ratal Rise” project and the “Marasi Al-Khobar Master Plan” project.
