The Board of Directors of Public Authority for Real Estate held its 18th meeting under the chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority. <At the beginning of its meeting, the Board was briefed on the developments of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector and the most important achievements of the Authority for the first quarter of 2022, including real estate advertising controls, where the number of real estate advertisers reached 10,203 real estate advertisers, including 1047 for establishments, and the largest share of individuals with 9156, while the number of authorizations reached 5780 real estate authorizations, the total number of classified real estate establishments reached 220 real estate establishments, and the number of licensed electronic real estate platforms reached 15 platforms, while the number of inquiries to the Authority's Partner Service Center reached 1672 real estate inquiries, the center received 147 real estate reports, and the number of real estate disputes considered by the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration reached 183 real estate disputes.

The Board discussed the request to approve the Authority's annual report for the year 2021, as well as the request to approve the amendment of Article 9 of the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration Law.
