On May 19, Riyadh will host a new edition of the Nile Real Estate Expo, organized by Expo Republic, a conference and exhibition management company.
On this occasion, Basem Kleila, Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, explained that the previous edition of the expo was held last February in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to promote Egyptian real estate in the Kingdom.
He added that there is genuine interest in owning real estate units in Egypt, given the current development boom, the diversity of fourth-generation cities and new communities, as well as the economic and political stability Egypt is experiencing.
Kilila explained that a diverse portfolio of real estate projects will be presented in the New Administrative Capital, Al-Galala, Ain Sokhna, the North Coast, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, and October City.
