<The electronic network for rental services “Ejar” revealed the data of the third report of the rental index, where the number of rental transactions amounted to more than 104 thousand rental contracts, including more than 80 thousand residential rental contracts, and about 24 thousand commercial rental contracts, in the ten cities where it is applied, namely: (Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, Medina, Khobar, Breda, Tabuk, Hail, and Jizan). <Riyadh topped the residential rental index report as the most recorded city for rental transactions, with a percentage of more than 43.6% of total transactions, followed by Jeddah with 25.5%, and in third place among the cities covered by the rental index came Dammam with 8. 1%, then Makkah with 8.1%, then Makkah with 5.6%, while Medina came 5%, followed by Al-Khobar with 4.6%, Tabuk came in seventh place with 2.2%, then Buraidah and Hail with nearly 2% and finally Jazan with 1.2% of residential leases.
