Revealed White Land Program has revealed that the regulatory and necessary procedures for launching the first phase in the cities of Al-Qassim and Ha'il are nearing completion, in accordance with the results of demographic and economic studies conducted by the program in collaboration with relevant authorities. This is part of efforts and objectives to increase the supply of developed land in cities with the highest demand, thereby achieving a balance between supply and demand, providing residential land at affordable prices, and combating monopolies.

He emphasized that the program operates in accordance with international standards for real estate studies and their impact on the targeted cities, to monitor all land subject to fees, complete and evaluate its geospatial data, and impose fees on it in accordance with the mechanisms followed and approved during the urban scope study.
