PRA seized 2486 real estate advertisements during the period May 21-June 22, of which 340 advertisements were processed, 983 advertisements were referred to the Investigation and Dispute Resolution Department, while 1163 are still under procedure; as part of the Authority's efforts in following up the implementation of the real estate advertising regulations and the criteria for licensing electronic platforms to serve the real estate sector, raise the quality of services provided in the sector and ensure the preservation of rights.
The Authority indicated that it classified 39 real estate establishments, while the number of real estate disputes considered in the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration reached 38 real estate disputes, and the Authority's Partner Service Center handled 146 real estate communications from beneficiaries and workers in the real estate sector.

The Authority worked on registering 5160 beneficiaries in Aqari service, registering 338 real estate establishments, and issuing 1088 electronic authorizations, in addition to registering 3510 real estate advertisers, including 287 establishments and 3223 individuals, within Aqari services, which provides registration services, issuing licenses and authorizations for real estate establishments and electronic platforms and individuals wishing to engage in real estate activities, register real estate advertisers, submit reports, and follow up electronically.
The Authority's Partner Service Center has handled 146 real estate reports from beneficiaries, and those working in the real estate sector.
It is noteworthy that the controls and standards previously issued by the Authority have contributed to the governance of the real estate sector and raise the transparency of real estate transactions; in order to preserve the rights of its dealers.
