Al Dal Real Estate Services Company launched the second online auction to sell 11 products of residential and commercial properties in Riyadh with a total area of about 30 thousand square meters, which will be held at 4:30 pm on Thursday, the first day of Dhul Hijjah 1443 AH, corresponding to June 30, 2202 AD, at the Rafal Tower Hall in Riyadh, in the second real estate auction following the launch of the company as the largest digital auction platform in the Kingdom.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dal Real Estate Services Co: Abdulaziz bin Fahd Al-Rasheed said that the company will organize its second in-person and electronic auction through its platform after the success achieved in launching and implementing its first electronic auctions using technology, pointing out that the products to be sold vary between residential, commercial and blocks, including six plots of land in Al-Narjis neighborhood north of Riyadh exceeding 6,000 square meters, the 4,000-meter Dharma rest area, a residential apartment in Al-Murabba neighborhood and a residential villa in Alisha neighborhood and 2 residential commercial blocks in Al-Yarmuk neighborhood east north of the capital.
