Dar Al-Qiyas Auctions announced that it will organize a number of in-person and online auctions in both Riyadh and Taif, having completed its preparations to welcome businesspeople and interested parties to the Taif Oasis Special Auction, which will feature a number of distinctive properties in the Taif Governorate, at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 27/12/1443 AH, corresponding to 26/07/2022 AD, at the InterContinental Hotel.

The company explained that the auction, which is overseen by the Support and Liquidation Center, includes 14 properties ranging from residential to commercial, with varying sizes and locations suitable for numerous income-generating investments, especially since the properties on offer are located in densely populated neighborhoods, and are close to key government departments and the services needed by citizens and businesspeople.

“Dar Al-Qiyas” has set a number of conditions for participating in the auction, including: submission of a certified check made out to the Support and Liquidation Center for the amount specified for each property, and the buyer’s or their agent’s presence at the auction hall. The company noted that the sale and transfer of title will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Support and Liquidation Center.

The company revealed details of the “Asas Al-Istithmar” auction, which it is organizing in person on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at Al-Farida Hall on Al-Thumama Road in Riyadh, which includes a development plan for modern warehouses and industrial land in the Al-Sali neighborhood of Riyadh. Meanwhile, the online auction will begin on the same day on the “Saudi Auctions” platform and will continue until Wednesday, August 3, 2022, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., It includes commercial stores in the Hijab Market in the Al-Naseem neighborhood, as well as residential and commercial land and a villa in the Al-Rabwah neighborhood.
