Rental index records 102 thousand rental transactions during the month of June

Rental Index recorded more than 102 thousand rental transactions during the month of June, within the reports and data issued by the network in integration with the “Sakani” platform, in 16 cities covered by the index covering all regions of the Kingdom. In a press release today, Ejar Network explained that more than 80 thousand residential leases were documented in the network, while commercial leases exceeded 21 thousand contracts, according to the data of the fifth report in the cities covered by the rental index.

Top Residential Neighborhoods

In the cities with the highest number of rental transactions, the top neighborhoods with the highest number of residential rental transactions were as follows: (Dhahrat Laban, Tawiq and Al Aziziyah) in Riyadh, (Safa, Al Bawadi and Al Salama) in Jeddah, (Al Noor, Taiba and Al Athir) in Dammam, (Al Thabba, Al Khobar North and Al Khobar South) in Al Khobar, (Wali Al Ahed, Shawkiya and Rashidiya) in Makkah.

Top commercial neighborhoods

While the neighborhoods with the highest number of commercial transactions are as follows: (Tuwaiq, Alia and Al Aziziyah) in Riyadh, (Safa, Al Balad and Al Aziziyah) in Jeddah, (Al Anoud, Al Dhamma and Al Salama) in Dammam, (Al Khobar North, Al Thabba and Al Aqrabiya) in Al Khobar, (Jaroul, Waleed and Al Rashidiya) in Makkah.

Highest cities in the index

Riyadh topped the fifth rental index report as the most documented city with more than 36 thousand residential and commercial contracts, followed by Jeddah with about 30 thousand contracts, then Mecca with more than 7300 contracts, Dammam with more than 6400 contracts, Khobar with more than 5400 contracts, while the rest of the cities recorded 17 thousand residential and commercial transactions.
