The National Evaluation Committee at the Federation of Saudi Chambers held an extensive meeting with Enforcement Center, to discuss the services provided by the center, prospects for joint cooperation and the challenges facing residents and ways to overcome them.

The Chairman of the National Evaluation Committee, Hamad bin Ali Al-Shuwayar, praised the importance of the evaluation activity as one of the pillars of economic development and its role in preserving rights, protecting the interests of individuals and the economy and giving a fair evaluation of goods and services, pointing to the recent development of the activity from the establishment of the Saudi Commission for Certified Valuers and the National Evaluation Committee, issuing regulations and legislation related to evaluation, supporting national expertise to benefit from international experiences, and including evaluation within the requirements of government agencies.He stressed the importance of the meeting with the Center for Attribution and Liquidation for appraisers and overcoming the challenges they face, especially the financial costs, and contributing to preserving their rights and working to maximize their benefit from the projects offered by the Center, explaining that the appraiser has a great responsibility for the report he provides to the beneficiary of the evaluation, which the Committee is keen on through cooperation with partners to maintain the level of efficiency and quality of evaluation outputs and promote the profession according to the best international practices, providing the appropriate environment for this from all regulatory and financial aspects.
