The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud—may God protect him— a clear vision for the future of the nation, through which great achievements have been realized, inscribed in gold across all political, economic, and social spheres. This is thanks to God, and then to the determination and resolve of the Crown Prince, the visionary and reformer His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and behind him the loyal statesmen andyoung men and women of the nation with high-level competencies.
In this prosperous era, the real estate market has enjoyed growth, prosperity, and development, as the wise government has provided unlimited support for housing, established the General Real Estate Authority, the Real Estate Brokerage System and the Real Estate Arbitration Center were approved, and the Saudi Real Estate Institute was established to produce graduates capable of working in accordance with the regulations issued by the General Real Estate Authority and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, providing job opportunities for the citizens of this generous nation. Additionally, the Ejar platform was launched, and among its achievements, contracts have become electronic to safeguard rights, and real estate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has become the focus of the world and investors due to the development of regulations and the Kingdom’s strength. The dedicated efforts have borne fruit in further development and prosperity. And now we can proudly say that real estate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the most valuable and prized in the world.
I extend my highest congratulations and blessings to His Majesty the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his trusted Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, may God protect them, as well as to all the people of the great Kingdom, and I pray to God Almighty to grant us continued blessings of security and safety, and may every year bring the Kingdom of Glory, its government, its people, and its residents a thousand blessings, good health, and peace.
