Central Modern Industries Co., Ltd. and the Dutch company DCS Offshore have signed an agreement to establish a plant in Jubail Industrial City specializing in protecting pipes and steel from corrosion using thermally sprayed molten aluminum technology.
On this occasion, His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Modern Industrial Investment Group Holding, that the entry of this industry into the Kingdom and the Gulf market will add a new dimension given its high quality and the durability of its protection, which lasts for more than 50 years, His Highness added that the establishment of the Modern Corrosion Solutions Limited plant in Jubail Industrial City, which is 95% complete and will be inaugurated, God willing, in June 2015, will contribute to the Saudization of the workforce.
For his part, Engineer Abdulaziz Fahad Al-Hamwa, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company, said that DCS was chosen as the foreign partner to transfer this technology to the Kingdom and train the national workforce.
