In the same context, the Accounting Committee for the Umm Al-Ma’an joint venture has concluded its work following the sale of the joint venture’s property at a public auction held at the end of last year for a total value of 17,870,985 riyals. The proceeds and shareholders’ rights will be deposited directly into their accounts.
It is worth noting that the committee has concluded three auctions in the recent period of 2015. It is also continuing with the liquidation of the joint-stock companies currently undergoing liquidation and has decided to hold a number of auctions in the coming period.
