The Director General of the Ministry of Housing’s branch in the Al-Qassim region, Eng. Mohammed Al-Suwail, Director General of the Ministry of Housing’s branch in the Al-Qassim region, called on officials responsible for implementing the Ministry’s housing projects to expedite their completion within the specified timeframes in order to achieve their objectives and deliver the units to eligible citizens by the predetermined dates.
The projects include the Unaizah Governorate Housing Complex (340 housing units), the Unaizah Governorate Housing Infrastructure Project (707 plots and housing units), the Al-Muznib Governorate Housing Buildings Project (100 housing units), the Al-Bukayriyah Governorate Housing Buildings Project (100 housing units), the Al-Bukayriyah Governorate Housing Infrastructure Project (144 plots and housing units), the Al-Shamasiyah Governorate Housing Construction Project (78 housing units), the Al-Shamasiyah Governorate Housing Infrastructure Implementation Project (100 plots and housing units), the Al-Nabhaniyah Governorate Housing Project (90 housing units), and the Al-Nabhaniyah Governorate Housing Infrastructure Implementation Project (493 plots and housing units).
This came during a visit by the Director General of the Ministry of Housing’s branch in the Al-Qassim region and a number of technical specialists from the branch to several Ministry of Housing projects in the Al-Qassim region. The tour included housing projects in the governorates of Unaizah, Al-Muznib, Al-Bukayriyah, Al-Shamasiyah, and Al-Nabhaniyah. During the visit, they reviewed the progress of these projects, met with technical teams comprising contractors and consultants, and discussed obstacles to progress as well as urgent and appropriate solutions, coordinating these discussions with the relevant departments at the Ministry of Housing and other service agencies.
