Al Fursan Real Estate has unveiled its development project, Al Fursan Village, which it is showcasing at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015, kicking off today, Tuesday, April 21. This project is the first of its kind in Abu Dhabi and features a number of wellness and sports amenities, with Al Fursan Village featuring a collection of luxurious villas and apartments adjacent to the Al Fursan International Sports Resort, together forming a comprehensive wellness community. In addition to a 5-star hotel and retail spaces designed to provide a sophisticated and healthy atmosphere, Al Fursan Village aims to offer a unique lifestyle and a comprehensive experience for its residents through a wide range of services and amenities.

Al-Fursan is located on the outskirts of Khalifa City and covers an area of 241,985 square meters, featuring 385 semi-detached villas and villas with four, five, or six bedrooms, as well as 440 residential units, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. It also features retail spaces covering an area of approximately 15,000 square meters, known as “The Plaza,” and a 5-star hotel, in addition to a 1.7-kilometer-long path connecting the residential units to the Al Fursan International Sports Resort, which offers a variety of modern and classic sports.
