Turkey invites Saudi and Gulf investors for investment and tourism

Hasan Özülmer, mayor of Kartal, invited Saudi and Gulf investors to visit the municipality and expressed his willingness to welcome investors and those interested in purchasing property in the Marmara region, inspect the properties they intend to purchase to ensure their soundness, and officially register their ownership. He noted that some investors have been defrauded by individuals of certain nationalities who speak Arabic and reside in Turkey, who offer prime properties at attractive prices that are either government-owned or belong to individuals who have not put them up for sale; and because investors are unaware of the true nature of these deals, they later discover they have been defrauded by unknown individuals.

On the other hand, following the declaration of the Kartbe region as an area open to investment—which is considered one of the strongest tourist destinations in the Marmara Basin— and provides a safe and stable environment for tourism investors, the mayor of Kartbeyi extended an invitation to Saudi investors to invest in his region, noting that Kartbeyi represents a unique tourist destination for Saudi families due to its natural beauty and diverse tourist attractions. He added that the variety of investment opportunities is a major draw for Saudi investors, noting their plans to hold a tourism expo in Riyadh next month to showcase investment opportunities in the Kartbe region and present tourist sites to Saudi families. He added that the Kartbe Municipality will provide investors with comprehensive services, including presenting the region’s numerous investment opportunities, organizing tourism investment tours for business investors, providing logistical support for tourism and commercial projects, and offering detailed information on tourism and its related sectors.
