<Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is participating as the exclusive Diamond Sponsor of the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition through the largest pavilion in the exhibition with an area of more than 600 square meters through which it highlights its most important real estate projects and showcases its pioneering experience in providing effective real estate solutions and developing integrated urban communities in the Kingdom. Dar Al Arkan is showcasing the “Al Qasr Complex” projects in Riyadh, which is classified as the largest real estate project developed by the private sector in the Kingdom, “Al Qasr Mall”, one of the largest commercial centers in the capital Riyadh, and ”Shams Riyadh” in the capital Riyadh, which is classified as the second largest integrated urban community project and is being developed by the company as a residential project Shams Riyadh in Riyadh, Shams Al Arous in Jeddah, which will be developed as an integrated residential environment, Al Tilal in Medina, Abraj Al Aziziyah in Makkah, and Juman in the Eastern Province, which will be developed as an integrated mixed-use community.
It is worth mentioning that the Acting Minister of Housing, Dr. Essam bin Saeed, honored Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company as the ”exclusive diamond sponsor” of the Riyadh Exhibition for Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development, the most prominent real estate event in the Kingdom, which was launched last Sunday, amid the active participation of government and private entities and real estate development and financing companies in the Kingdom, in the presence of specialists and interested in real estate affairs.
The shield of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company was received by the Minister of Housing, Dr. Essam bin Saeed.
