The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, represented by the Real Estate Contributions Committee, has announced the date of the “Al-Ras Land” auction in the Al-Qassim region, which will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2015. The land covers an area of 1.05 million square meters and is located halfway between Al-Ras and Riyadh Al-Khubara.

The Real Estate Committee urged those wishing to participate in the auction to issue a check payable to the Real Estate Contributions Committee in the amount of 250,000 riyals as a down payment on the land’s value, with the remainder to be paid upon transfer of title.
