Banque Saudi Fransi finances SASCO with more than SAR 550 million

Banque Saudi Fransi has signed a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with the Saudi Automotive and Equipment Services Company (SASCO) recently in the amount of 550,940,648 riyals. The agreement takes effect from the date of signing and expires on December 31, 2021. It includes the renewal of existing facilities totaling 245,833,332 million riyals (110 million riyals in various credit facilities and 135,833,332 riyals in medium-term financing facilities), secured by a promissory note and/or a pledge of shares or a deposit and a pledge of title deeds, in addition to new facilities worth 305,107,316 million riyals (55,107,316 riyals in various credit facilities and 250 million riyals in long-term financing facilities), secured by a promissory note, This agreement aims to finance the purchase of land, the construction of new stations, and the improvement and development of existing gas stations.
