Itqan Real Estate, a leading real estate marketing company in the Kingdom, has completed preparations for its gold sponsorship of the “Distinguished City Projects in the Era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques 2022,” organized by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, under the gracious patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud —may God protect him—which kicks off today, Saturday, September 24, 2022, and runs for five days to coincide with the Kingdom’s 92nd National Day.

It is worth noting that this distinguished event will be held with the participation of a number of government agencies, including: the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the General Real Estate Authority, the Real Estate Development Fund, the National Waste Management Center, the Quality of Life Program, the Housing Program, and the regional municipalities.
Mr. Abdulaziz bin Fahd Al-Rashid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Itqan Real Estate Company, explained that the company’s sponsorship of the exhibition is part of its active participation in highlighting the Kingdom’s development, renaissance, and progress, particularly in the field of building smart cities with distinctive architectural features.

Al-Rashid noted that the company will participate with a distinctive pavilion showcasing its achievements, work, and projects in the field of smart real estate development and marketing, The pavilion will also introduce visitors to the company’s products and new projects across the Kingdom.
