The Real Estate Contributions Committee “Tasfiya” announced that preparations are underway to sell 4 million square meters in Riyadh in October, and payments to shareholders are expected to exceed 5 billion riyals before the end of 2022, It is worth noting that “Tasfiya” has so far recovered 15,375,935,855 riyals for shareholders and deposited payments to 46,000 shareholders.

From the beginning of 2022 through last September, the Committee deposited 3,953,687,989 riyals into shareholders’ accounts, an increase of 16,79% compared to the same period in 2021. The Commission clarified that the total area of land sold by the Commission reached 5,885,806 m².

The Commission collected 64,073,635 riyals from enforcement orders for the benefit of shareholders and, last week, completed the sale of the Salman Bay project in Jeddah for 136 million riyals.
