“Ihkam clarifies the documents needed to own real estate

<The General Secretariat of the Real Estate Ownership Review Committees (Ehkam) has clarified the types of documents in real estate ownership applications. Ehkam published on its website that the documents include:

1- Rulings, decisions and deeds issued by courts and notary publics confirming the seizure of the property without proof of ownership, including deeds of sale.

2- Deeds proving the ownership of the property. 2- Deeds of proof of ruins and deeds of litigation.

3- Deeds of reconciliation <3- Deeds of reconciliation, deeds of jurisdiction, settlement, neighboring deeds, and temporary ownership deeds. The documents also include grant and fiefdom orders issued by the Highness, in addition to decisions, notices, licenses, and contracts issued by government agencies, including agricultural decisions, service delivery notices, municipal licenses, and zakat collection documents.
