The <a style="color: #ff6600;" href="https://amlak.net.sa/?The General Authority for State Real Estate today signed a contract with a company specialized in logistics complexes worth more than half a billion riyals, for a lease period of 25 years, where the company will invest more than 611 million riyals in developing raw land with an area of 576 thousand square meters, south of Jeddah Governorate in the quarry area, and transform it into a huge logistics complex by establishing infrastructure according to the latest international specifications, and establishing a commercial strip that provides many services that support economic movement.
