Riyadh topped the ninth rental index report as the most documented city with more than 67 thousand residential and commercial contracts, representing more than 35% of the total transactions, followed by Jeddah, which approached 40 thousand residential and commercial contracts, then Mecca with more than 14 thousand contracts, then Medina, with more than 13 thousand contracts, Dammam with more than 10 thousand contracts, while the rest of the cities recorded about 44 thousand residential and commercial transactions.
