Real Estate Index. The value of real estate transactions in Qatar during October 2022 increased by 10.36% on a monthly basis. According to the monthly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department of the Qatari Ministry of Justice on Wednesday, the value of real estate transactions last October amounted to 1.492 billion riyals, compared to 1.352 billion riyals last September.
The bulletin indicated that 301 real estate transactions and 121 mortgage transactions were recorded during the month of October 2022, indicating that the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha and Al Dhaayen topped the most active transactions during the month.
The bulletin indicated that the value of real estate transactions amounted to 1.492 billion riyals, compared to 1.492 billion riyals last September.
It is noteworthy that the volume of real estate transactions during the third quarter of 2022 recorded 4.056 billion riyals, with 1045 real estate transactions and 371 mortgage transactions in various regions of the country.
