Roshon Real Estate Development Company yesterday inaugurated its sales center in Jeddah, in the presence of Prince Saud bin Abdullah, Governor of Jeddah. The center features a model of the master plan for the first phase of Al-Arous Project, an interactive display screen showing the project site, models of the residential units, and a mortgage financing booth.

The Roshen sales center in Jeddah is the first of its kind for the leading national real estate developer, which is wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund, following the announcement of the launch of the Al-Arous project north of Jeddah, which will offer more than 18,000 residential units.

Roshen Group CEO David Grover explained that the opening of Roshen’s sales center in Jeddah will provide a distinctive, high-quality living experience for citizens throughout the Kingdom, enabling the company to better support its customers throughout their journey to home ownership. He noted that “Roshon” does not merely build homes but creates integrated and sustainable communities to support customers throughout the home-ownership process.

The launch of Roshen’s sales center in Jeddah follows the company’s announcement of the launch of the Al-Arous phase in northern Jeddah, which offers more than 2,000 residential units complete with all essential amenities within an integrated community.
