Riyadh-Mohammad Jamous: Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khatib approved <a style="color: #800000;" href="https://istitlaa.ncc.gov.sa/ar/Tourism/MT/TourismAccommodation/Pages/default.The Tourism Hospitality Facility Regulation includes hotels and hotel rooms, which defined the statutory frameworks for the operation of Tourism Hospitality Facility, and the requirements of <a style="color: #800000;" href="https://amlak.The regulation also specifies how to deal with the closure of the tourism facility or part of it, as well as the schedule of the financial compensation.

Requirements for applying for a license

1- A valid commercial register that includes the activity of operating a tourist hospitality facility.

2- A valid license that includes the activity of operating a tourist hospitality facility. <2- A valid license from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing or the competent authority, as the case may be. <3- A valid permit from the General Directorate of Civil Defense, or its equivalent. 4 - Official data of the applicant and his representative in his dealings with the Ministry regarding the activity - if any - and the data of the facility.

5 - Linking to the system of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing or the competent authority.

Payment of fees and closure of tourism facilities

The licensee must obtain the approval of the Ministry and pay the financial fee according to the financial fee schedule attached to these regulations - if any - before doing any of the following:

4. (4) Cancel or modify (commercial registration, trade name, or trademark), including changing it on the sign of the tourist hospitality facility from the outside.

4. <Make any structural alterations or renovations. <Enabling another person to use the license, provided that the person to whom the license is transferred meets the requirements specified in the regulation, and that the remaining validity period of the license is not less than (60) days.
