Future of Real Estate Forum addresses quality of life through homeownership programs

The Future of Real Estate Forum addressed during one of its sessions the quality of life journey by facilitating procedures that contribute to citizen ownership of housing, the role of financial institutions and banks in enabling individuals to own housing, and the importance of developing suburbs and providing basic services and vital facilities.

The Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Support at the Ministry of Municipal, Rural and Rural Affairs and Housing Rakan Al Midah and the President of Comprehensive Corporate Banking Binbin Al Mubarak participated in the session entitled “Quality of Life and Programs Supporting Homeownership Rakan Al Midah, Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Support at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Rakan Al Midah, Head of Corporate Banking at Riyad Bank, Tariq Al Ghaziri, and Director General of Operations and Projects, Partnerships Sector at the National Housing Company, Engineer Sultan bin Ahmed Al Harazi participated in the discussion session entitled ”Quality of Life and Supporting Programs to Facilitate Home Ownership."

Participants discussed the importance of developing suburbs and providing basic services and vital facilities. During their session, the participants discussed the concept of quality of life and its link to leisure, material and non-material needs, the link between quality of life for the individual and owning his own home, improving the lifestyle of beneficiaries, in addition to the role of the real estate developer and the extension of his role after the delivery of the real estate unit by achieving individuals to maximize the requirements of quality of life.

The speakers touched on the role of the Ministry's legislation in realizing the concept of quality of life for the beneficiaries of the services it provides, which extends to include deeper horizons during the citizen's journey to own his home in an easy way, including supporting banks and the mechanism of obtaining housing, stressing that the Kingdom is racing against time through the achievements it seeks to provide to individuals.

The speakers highlighted the role of the real estate developer and its extension after the delivery of the real estate unit through the realization of individuals to maximize the requirements of quality of life.
