Saudi Entertainment Projects, owned by the Public Investment Fund, has announced the start of construction work on a new entertainment destination in Tabuk, located on an area of more than 40,000 square meters, with a total value of more than one billion riyals. If completed, the project will include 72,500 square meters of building space, 78% for entertainment, 8% for shops, and 14% for cafes and restaurants, adding to the region's entertainment scene by providing a wide choice of entertainment attractions and distinctive experiences.

Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Dawood, Chairman of Seven, said that the project, which was revealed during the company's participation in the Municipal Investment Forum (Opportunities), held at the Riyadh Front Center for Exhibitions and Conferences recently: "The project will add a qualitative shift in the tourism scene. "It will add a qualitative shift in the entertainment landscape of the region by providing a wide choice of entertainment attractions and distinctive experiences.“

He added: ”Located on King Faisal International Road, the project consists of an integrated village that connects to open community spaces in nearby parks, gardens and sports fields, whose gates will welcome visitors under a colorful glass canopy inspired by local art, which in turn will lead to a central open community space with an innovative water tower inspired by the agricultural heritage of the Tabuk region.”

The project is located on the King Faisal International Road.

The entertainment destination will feature a wide range of attractions, including a 4,000-square-meter family entertainment zone, a 4,000-square-meter children's entertainment zone filled with fun and excitement, and the Discovery Adventures indoor adventure center, which offers an immersive experience that fuses entertainment and education with carefully curated content developed in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery.
