The Riyadh Municipality , in cooperation with the General Authority for Endowments, launched a service to issue a "building endowment" license, for the type of endowment of the General Authority for Endowments, and the private endowment, through its services on the electronic portal, which contributes to facilitating procedures for beneficiaries, and saving time and effort for those requesting the service.
The Secretariat said that the endowment building permit issuance service allows those who wish to issue an immediate building permit on endowment land, through contracting with an accredited engineering office, with the aim of developmental empowerment and urban renaissance, enriching, developing and building endowment assets, facilitating procedures for endowment supervisors, in addition to achieving digital integration, keeping pace with the goal of electronic transformation in the Secretariat, and improving the quality of services provided to residents.
She explained that the steps to implement the service for the General Authority for Endowments include accessing the electronic services portal, selecting construction licenses, then requesting to contract with an engineering office, selecting to contract as an endowment supervisor, then entering the data (supervision document - endowment deed - engineering office), approving the contract, then entering the data for the survey and building components, issuing an endowment building license, and printing it, while adding to these steps is issuing and paying the fees invoice in the case of issuing a family endowment.
The Riyadh Municipality previously announced the development of more than 229 digital services in the municipal sector, covering 8 tracks to be closer and faster to beneficiaries, within the framework of its digital transformation strategy, in order to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
