MBS Nonprofit City and IHG Hotels & Resorts - one of the world's leading hotel companies - have signed a management agreement to establish a new branch of the Indigo hotel chain within the city, located in the Erga neighborhood, which runs along the Wadi Hanifa in Riyadh.

The hotel will be located in the city's “Al Mashraq District” - the second-largest area in Mohammed bin Salman Nonprofit City and a vital lifeline to the city - which connects the city to residential areas, public facilities and flexible work spaces for innovators and creators. <The new Indigo Hotel will feature 234 rooms and suites, as well as 138 hotel apartments, located 15 minutes from downtown Riyadh and 10 minutes from the historic Al-Turaif neighborhood of Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
