The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, along with a number of government and private entities, are participating in the exhibition to explore the latest innovations and projects in the global real estate sector, as well as to showcase Saudi Arabia’s achievements in the real estate sector and urban development, and to present Saudi strategic objectives, projects, competitive advantages, and the scale and diversity of promising opportunities in the Kingdom’s real estate sector.
For his part, His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, affirmed that the participation stemmed from the wise leadership’s commitment —may God support them—and the Ministry’s role in developing Saudi cities, adopting the latest global best practices to serve its citizens, and enhancing the real estate sector’s services and outcomes.
Al-Badeer emphasized that the Ministry is striving, through a number of programs and initiatives, to bring about a transformation in real estate sector in a way that supports the Kingdom’s modern directions, elevates the real estate industry, and meets the expectations of beneficiaries.
