He touched on the journey of real estate in Saudi Arabia starting from the stage of granting real estate in 1970 through the stages of supporting loans, housing schemes, real estate contributions, real estate development, to the establishment of the General Authority for Real Estate and the real estate regulations it launched within the real estate sector strategy and one of its four pillars (sector governance), and reviewed the real estate brokerage system, Ijar, as a model on those regulations.
