The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has invited shareholders to submit their information by visiting the National Arab Bank’s website (www.anb.com.sa) or the Committee’s website and filling out the contribution form, in preparation for the distribution of shareholders« rights in the »Durrat Abha” project, which is owned by the Sukuk Group for Investment and Real Estate Development, consisting of the full share capital and a profit share of 32%..

The Commission emphasized the need to visit the bank, present proof of identity and original shareholding documents, and ensure that the correct IBAN number is provided, in order to complete the transfer of their entitlements as quickly as possible directly to their bank accounts without the need to visit the Committee’s headquarters at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry or any of its branches.
