The Ministry explained that the program offers a range of incentives to individuals and enterprises, such as wage subsidies to support enterprises with part of the employee's wage for (24) months, financial rewards for enterprises committed to long-term employment and for individuals committed to continuity, and a number of services including transportation, training, and others.
The program also includes sponsorship for individuals and enterprises. <The incentives also include childcare to help mothers cover part of their childcare costs, as well as remote work by encouraging the establishment to cover the costs of remote workers and provide a number of training opportunities, including: Basic training to cover gaps in skills or knowledge through short-term training programs.
