The General Authority for Real Estate announced that the Al Falah neighborhood in Riyadh is the first area to benefit from “<a style="color: #993300;" href="https://amlak.net." according to its updated mechanism, starting from Shawwal 17 of the current year 1444 AH corresponding to May 7, 2023 AD, and that the selection of the neighborhood came according to approved criteria, and the rest of the neighborhoods that will benefit from the in-kind registration of real estate in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam as a first phase during this year will be announced successively.
