National Housing Authority reviews its achievements and technical initiatives to the Digital Government Authority

In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the CEO of the National Housing Authority, Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, His Excellency the Governor of the Digital Government Authority Engineer Ahmed Al-Suwaiyan.

The purpose of this visit was to learn about the experience of National Housing Authority in developing and operating seven digital platforms, as well as its ability to leverage the latest technologies to enhance efficiency and increase productivity, by providing technical solutions that serve more than 10 million beneficiaries, thereby enhancing the professionalism of the services provided and opening up broad prospects for strengthening the sustainability of the National Housing Authority’s operations and those of the real estate sector.

Engineer Rayan Al-Aql, Head of the Solutions Sector, reviewed the most prominent initiatives that enhance the user experience and promote business intelligence by employing the latest innovative technologies, geospatial solutions, and artificial intelligence in land exploration, and aerial imagery, in addition to developing innovative solutions that add value for stakeholders in the real estate market—including developers and real estate professionals—and drive development toward financial sustainability while streamlining and simplifying procedures.

It is worth noting that National Housing Authority has obtained a digital government business license to develop and operate government digital platforms; this is part of its ongoing efforts to help the real estate sector achieve the best results that contribute to realizing Vision 2030, and its ongoing work toward leadership and digital empowerment in real estate market solutions, through the implementation of a number of high-quality projects and programs that offer modern and innovative solutions.
